- Departs Langkawi from Telaga Harbour International Terminal,Telaga Harbour Marina, Pantai Kok.
- Departs Koh Lipe from Pattaya Beach, Satun Pakbara Speedboat Club Ferry & Immigration Checkpoint.
- There is no pier at Koh Lipe, you may be transfered between the beach and the ferry by local longtail boats. This service is included in our ticket price.
- Departure times are according to local times. There is a one hour time difference between Malaysia and Thailand.

- Booking Confirmation Voucher is required for check in.

Thai Arrival Card
Available at the Telaga Terminal check in counter, to be filled and submitted to border authorities upon Thailand at arrival.
Thai Departure Card
Comes attached to the Arrival Card. Fill and save it to submit to Thai border authorities upon leaving Thailand.
