Do I need to apply for Thailand visa?

Most nationals under the Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme can enter Thailand without a visa for a period of 15 days each time (30 days if you arrive at international airport) via this neighbouring border checkpoint at Koh Lipe from Langkawi, Malaysia. Thai Immigration Post on Koh Lipe does not provide Visa-On-Arrival facility for nationals that require visa to enter Thailand. For Thailand Visa info, click here.

Valid travel document of not less than 6 months is required to enter Koh Lipe, Thailand. For extended stays of more than 15 days in Koh Lipe, ensure you obtain a valid visa from the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate closest to you before your travel to Thailand. If you are already in Thailand, visit the nearest Royal Thai Immigration District Office, for extension of stay.

Nationals of following countries are under the Kingdom of Thailand’s Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme or Bilateral Agreement;

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bahrain, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (ROK), Kuwait, Laos, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Monaco, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Slovak, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA, Vietnam.

What if my flight is delayed?

We are strictly a point to point carrier and shall not be responsible for any travel connections you may have.

Our check in counter opens 1.5 hours before departure time. All passengers are required to present their Booking Confirmation Voucher and passports for immigration clearance. The counter closes 30 minutes before departure time.

If you have a confirmed booking and should there be any delays in flight, please inform us before hand by calling +604 959 2208.

In the event that you are boooked and missed our 0930hrs morning shuttle, we may be able to board you on the same day 1430hrs shuttle subject to availability of seats.

We do not offer next day boarding.
